A bus loaded with Indian pilgrims fell into a ditch in Nepal’s Gorkha district on Saturday night. 7 people died in this, while 7 are injured. The travelers were returning after visiting Manakamana temple. According to the police, the electric bus carrying Indian pilgrims suddenly slipped off the road and fell into a deep gorge. Seven passengers injured in the accident have been sent to Chitwan Medical College in Bharatpur for treatment. According to the police, there were more than a dozen passengers in the bus and the rescue operation continued till late night after the incident. According to the administration, the bus was going from Manakamana temple towards Ambukhaireni area of Tanahun district. Police said that other reasons for the accident are being investigated.
