In Kurukshetra district, an agent got three youths kidnapped in Uzbekistan on the pretext of sending them to Spain. Here the kidnappers tied his hands and feet and tortured him for 3 days. He showed the video of torture and demanded a ransom of Rs 45 lakh from the family. The kidnappers threatened the family over video call that they had bought all three from the agent. If their demands are not met then their children will be killed. All three were released the next day after collecting a ransom of Rs 45 lakh from the family. The agent had given assurance of getting a visa to Spain from Uzbekistan. The matter was settled for Rs 15 lakh. Sunil Kumar’s son is Mohan Lal, Kuldeep Singh’s son is Bahadur Singh and Somprakash’s son is Mandeep. All three are residents of Kurukshetra. Sunil Kumar, Kuldeep Singh and Som Prakash told that there was talk of sending Mohan Lal, Bahadur Singh and Mandeep to Spain. Accused agent Prem Saini, his wife Anita Rani and their associates Akram Khan and Ali had demanded Rs 15 lakh each from all three of them. In this, it was decided to give Rs 2-2 lakh advance and the remaining payment on reaching Spain. The accused agent sent him to Uzbekistan instead of Spain and took an advance of Rs 2 lakh each from the three families along with the passport in January 2026. After taking the money, the accused agent changed the route of taking the children. The accused assured that he cannot go directly to Spain. Therefore, first they will be sent to Uzbekistan, then to Azerbaijan, and then to Spain. The flight was arranged for on 16th February. The accused gave visa for Uzbekistan on 9th February and got the flight arranged for on 16th February. On the evening of 15 February, the family reached Mahipalpur Hotel in Delhi with all three. Here Akram Khan and Ali saw the passports and stamps of the youth and took photographs and claimed that they were people of Uzbekistan. Also assured that his people will receive the three youths. The three youths reached Uzbekistan at 4 pm on 16 February. Two people named Akbar Khan and Danish Khan came to the airport. He referred to agents Prem Saini, Akram and Ali and took them with him. Two days later, on February 18, he received a call from the youth. The kidnappers made a video call on WhatsApp and showed that the hands and feet of their children were tied and they were being beaten. The same day I got a call from a person named Baba Khan, who threatened that he had bought your children from Prem Saini, Akram and Ali. He demanded 45 lakh rupees. He threatened and demanded a ransom of 45 lakh rupees and said that if the money was not given then his life would be in danger. He got nervous and talked to Prem Saini. The accused agent said that give them the money, we will get the children released. On February 20, he gave Rs 45 lakh to the accused. The very next day the accused released the children and asked to get the ticket booked. Police registered a case, the family got their ticket booked the same day and the next day all three children returned home safely. He asked for his money back from the accused agent, but he flatly refused to give the money. Now on the complaint the police registered a case against the accused agent in Krishna Gate police station and started investigation.
