A young man was crushed to death with a Thar in Kurukshetra, Haryana. The young man had come to Ismailabad for the wedding of his brother-in-law’s friend. Here, while dancing on the DJ, he had an altercation with another youth. At first people pacified their fight. After marriage the accused carried out the incident. The deceased has been identified as Sahil (30) of Khedi Shishgaran, Pehowa. Sahil was living in America for the last 7 years. He had come to India only a month ago. There was talk of Sahil’s marriage at home. Ismailabad Police has registered a case against the youth on the complaint of the family and started searching for him. Now know the whole matter step by step… There was an altercation over singing on DJ. Shamin Panjrath, a resident of Guru Gobind Singh Colony in Ismailabad, told that my brother-in-law Sahil Kumar had come to attend the wedding program on Sunday night. Dipanshu from his colony had also come to this programme. Dipanshu and Sahil were dancing on DJ. Here there was a little argument between Deepanshu and Sahil regarding the song. Then he explained and pacified them. Brother-in-law and brother-in-law were hit by Thar Shaimin told that after the program at around 12:40 in the night, I was standing at Chammu Chowk on the highway with my brother-in-law Sahil Kumar, friends Simardeep Singh, Raman Nagpal and Vipul Bajaj. Then a black Thar (HR 31 W 2645) came from the front, which hit me hard along with Sahil. He also got injured in this. Backtracking and climbing Thar Sahil, Shamin further told that after the collision, Dipanshu stopped the car near him and lowered the window. Then I asked Deepanshu, do you want to kill? Then Deepanshu replied, well he was saved and then reversed the car and again drove it over Sahil. After that Deepanshu ran away from the spot. Injured Sahil was taken to the private hospital of Ambala by car. Here the doctors declared him dead. Sahil used to work at an Indiana store. Sahil’s younger brother Lavish Kumar told that elder brother Sahil used to work at a store in Indiana, America. Before this he used to drive in America. After coming back from there, Sahil went to Ismailabad to meet his sister for the first time. SHO said – SHO Jagdish Kumar of Ismailabad police station, who is searching for the accused, said that the police has registered a case against the accused Dipanshu under sections 103 (1) and 109 (1) of BNS. The police handed over the body to the family members after post-mortem. The police is investigating the case.
