Canada to expel 2,800 Indians in 2025: Preparation to expel 6500 Indians; Action on not following refugee rules

The Canadian government has deported 2,831 Indian citizens from the country in the first 10 months of 2025. This information has come from the data of Canada’s Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA). According to this, a total of 18,785 people were deported from Canada last year, of which Indians are in second place. The maximum number of 3,972 people were from Mexico. The Canadian government has said that many of those deported had criminal cases against them.
