Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says that all federal officers in Minneapolis will now be issued body cameras. Noem said the move was in the interest of transparency. It comes as federal immigration officers have come under scrutiny in recent weeks during an enforcement surge and the fatal shootings of two United States citizens.
