A man died after he was found shot inside a car on Feb. 8 in central Phoenix, according to officials.
Gunshots were reported in the area around 4:11 p.m. and Phoenix police officers found the man with at least one gunshot wound, according to an email from Sgt. Jen Zak, a department spokesperson. He was pronounced dead at the location.
The shooter fled the area before police arrived.
Officials did not release the man’s name or any other identifying information.
