80 lakh people took part in the ‘No Kings Rally’ against President Trump in America on Saturday. According to media reports, these demonstrations were organized at more than 3,300 places in all 50 states across America. Organizers said that compared to the previous No Kings protests held in October, this time around 1 million more people participated and around 600 more programs were organised. The protesting people say that they are angry with many policies of the Trump government. Their anger is particularly directed at rising tensions with Iran, stricter immigration crackdown and rising inflation. At many places people showed posters against Trump and Vice President JD Vance and demanded their removal from the post. People protested in a creative way. Leaders and celebrities protesting against Trump, White House said – People do not make any difference to the demonstration. The White House described these demonstrations as ‘therapy session’ and said that it does not make much difference to the common people. Trump says that his decisions are to strengthen the country. He also said that he is not a ‘king’ and the allegations being made against him are false. There has been resentment against Trump not only in America but also in other parts of the world.
