US President Donald Trump got angry at a female journalist during an interview. This case was related to the messages of Cole Thomas Allen, who is accused of firing.
Allen sent a manifesto (written statement) to the family 10 minutes before the attack. In this he used words like ‘pedophile, rapist and traitor’, but he did not take anyone’s name directly. Regarding this matter, when journalist Nora O’Donnell asked Trump whether these allegations point towards him?
On this Trump said that he is neither a rapist nor has he raped anyone. Expressing his displeasure, he said, “You read the nonsense of a sick man on TV. I was linked to things with which I have nothing to do. I have already been given a complete clean chit.”
On this, Nora clarified that those were not her own words, but were written by the accused. But Trump said it was wrong to read such allegations on TV.
Trump said- did not feel afraid during the firing
When Trump was asked in the interview whether he himself was the target, he said he was not sure. Trump further said that he did not feel afraid during this incident, because the world is like this and such incidents can happen.
He said that at first he thought it was a small incident, but then he realized that the matter was serious. At that time an artist was doing a show and the atmosphere seemed normal, but suddenly everything changed.
Trump said the security team wanted to take him out immediately, but he wanted to see what was happening first. Later, the agents asked him to bend down, so both he and Melania lay down on the ground and were then taken to a safe place.
He told that he was walking standing till half the way, then on the request of the agents, he bent down because there was more danger there. Trump said that he had seen such situations before, but this was a new experience for Melania. Still he handled the situation well.
