There was a stir after a suspicious balloon was found in the fields in Chamba district of Himachal on Saturday. It had “PIA” written on it along with some words in Urdu and the flag of Pakistan. According to the information, on Saturday morning a villager had gone to the fields to graze his cattle. During this time his eyes fell on this unusual balloon. When he went closer and looked at the symbols and writing on the balloon, he found them suspicious. This balloon was found near Chaladi village in Khairi area of ​​Lahouji. The Indian Army was also alerted. The villager immediately informed the former head of the village. Understanding the seriousness of the matter, the former head informed the Khairi police station without any delay. As soon as the information was received, the police team immediately reached the spot and took stock of the entire area. Considering the sensitivity of the matter, the Indian Army was also alerted. Police and Army officials took joint action and captured the balloon. In the initial investigation, this balloon appears to be a normal children’s toy. The balloon was sent to the laboratory for testing. However, “PIA” and other markings written on it have raised concerns among security agencies. According to Army officials, the balloon will now be sent to the laboratory for detailed technical examination to ascertain its source and purpose. The police assured the villagers present at the spot and said that the situation is completely under control and there is no need to panic. The administration has appealed to the local people that if anyone sees any such suspicious object, do not touch it and immediately inform the police.
